If you are not comfortable with the idea of a fixed-cost (we will be the first to admit that it is not always possible), we also provide you services at extremely competitive cost-plus basis. What is more we on our own maintain a pool of standby resources for immediate replacement in case of a person found unsuitable or in case of attrition. Cost-plus mechanisms work well when the customer is simply shifting work from an onsite location to offshore for cost savings (without degradation of quality and timeliness, of course).
