successful project involving trade capture,
compliance and payouts for retail trades,
Hencorp and Chrysalis have entered into a
relationship under which Chrysalis will provide
comprehensive solutions to Hencorp.
Hencorp a leading broker in the equities,
fixed-income, commodities and foreign exchange
markets, has ambitious plans to re-engineer all
their systems around Microsoft .Net 2.0
platforms. The company expects to benefit from
the cost savings and also expecting the systems
to include their Introducing Brokers and
Registered Representatives. A company
representative has stated that the management of
the company has embarked on an initiative to
complete the transition of the company as a
technology-enabled business over the next 2
years.
On the market side the systems will be
integrated with Pershing and other prime brokers
such as Charles Schwab and Bears Stern systems.
The company will implement open ended FIX/FIXML
gateways to integrate with multiple partners.
On the partners side, the company will introduce
"plazas" for its Introducing Brokers and
Registered Representatives. The company also
