Technology is the favorite hype for the IT industry. It starts as a convenient abbreviation, then becomes jargon and soon enough morphs into a buzzword. Some (such as "Googling") of course becomes crosses into main-stream business & life and becomes part of day-to-day language.

Every IT shop does Java and .Net, and so do we. We see these as our somewhat unique strengths:

RIA/Web 2.0
Rich Internet Application using AJAX tools such as Dojo, GWT, Mochikit and AJAX Patterns, is something we do a lot. We have implemented "page-flakes" and are very familiar with the "prototype" framework. We have married JSR168 Portlets with "in-browser aggregators".
Interfaces/ EAI We have written interfaces to CBOE, NASDAQ, E-Signal, US Customs ACE, ISO8583 Switches, EDI/HIPAA Switches, etc. Enterprise Application Integration is something we understand well.
Workflow & Rules We have good experience of BPEL/BPML, JBPM, DROOLS/JBoss-Rules. We also have limited expertise on TIBCO Staffware.
